3. Rita Crundwell- A Comptroller or a Cheater?-

Rita Crundwell, Comptroller and treasurer of Dixon, Illinois since 1983 were convicted of embezzling the state’s money worth $53 million over a span of her thirty years career as comptroller to fund her championship American Quarter Horse breeding operation. Initially, the FBI thought she pocketed a meager sum of $30 million, starting in 2006, but soon discovered the city’s treasurer had been falling into the dig for decades. 4. Charity given by Accident-

Politicians are often associated with giving false promises which is never fulfilled. It is no surprise in the case of Frank Cook, a British politician from Stockton North too. He was involved in a unique scandal that rocked Britain. The scandal was his attempt to retrieve £5 donation made during a Battle of Britain Church memorial service. Mr. Cook said that the donation was made by mistake and was just an IOU from a member of staff who attended the service and made the funds on his behalf which he believes to be submitted.
