GKW & Mahindra Lifespace Join Forces for Mumbai Project

GKW has signed a joint development agreement with Anthurium Developers, a subsidiary of Mahindra Lifespace Developers. According to the agreement, GKW will develop a prime 37-acre land parcel in Bhandup, Mumbai. The site is likely to offer a significant development potential of around 3.6 million square feet.

The unit is well-located in the vibrant and fast-growing Bhandup suburb, ensuring excellent connectivity to the key business districts of Mumbai. It is majorly connected through transport links, such as Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road and Eastern Express Highway, coupled with easy access to both train and metro services, making it an easily accessible and promisingly quiet hub for urban development.

This project will see one of the biggest integrated urban spaces in the whole of Mumbai, thus contributing to the changing real estate scene of the city.
