Central African Republic
It is located in the Central Africa and has been a place of war for many years. There has been war between different groups in the same country. Bozize suspended the constitution and made a new cabinet that included most opposition parties and Abel Goumba was named as Vice President of the new cabinet. Bozize introduced National Transition Council and announced that he would step down and run for the office once the new constitution could be get approved.
