ST: What is your job there?
MM: I am part of the Mechanical Analysis and Simulation Team, which analyzes the designs for compatibility to the intended conditions and check for chances of failures.

ST: What do you like about
your job?

MM: The work I do today would be different from what I did yesterday, in one way or another, and keeps me free of monotony.

ST: What do you find challenging about your job? MM: As every project we get is unique in some ways, we need to brush up ourselves and understand the principles quickly to start the work. This is quite challenging.

ST: What have you found that makes your job easier?
MM: There are always some programs happening in the campus. Getting into such activities, by participation or organization, motivates me at work and thus makes things a lot easier.

AG: As a SAP Technical Consultant, I design and implement out-of-the-box solutions in the field of SAP Enterprise Portal.

ST: What do you like about your job?
AG: After developing the solution, seeing the final product running in the right direction brings smile on my face.

ST: What do you find challenging about your job?
AG: Maintaining the performance of the application. As a huge number of end-users use my application, I need to keep in mind performance as the first priority.

ST: What have you found that makes your job easier?
AG: Out-of-the-box thinking to develop an out-of-the-box solution makes my job much easier.

EB: As a part of Technical Team, I monitor the processes at all levels and have exposure to different sorts of technical issues like troubleshooting.

ST: What do you like about your job?
EB: Customer satisfaction is one of the prime things that I give the topmost priority in my job. I directly interact with clients so that it helps me learn new things.

ST: What do you find challenging about your job?
EB: Dealing with the client and working according to their requirements.

ST: What have you found that makes your job easier?
EB: My hard work coupled with the support I am getting from the teammates and supervisors really makes my job easier. We also have different technical study groups that help me improve my technical skills.
