ST: What is your job there?
RC: Ensuring that high quality products are delivered to the clients. Apart from being user friendly to the end customer, the product should meet their business needs too.

ST: What do you like about your job?
RC: In my company, there is a big sense of ownership and the freedom to do things in a way that I really enjoy. Our leadership is open to newer ideas, making the job interesting and challenging.

ST: What do you find challenging about your job?
RC: As we make products for the retail supply chain management domain, it is always challenging to understand newer needs of the retail consumers and design the products accordingly.

ST: What have you found that makes your job easier?
RC: Quality is an integral part of the system development lifecycle and I am involved in every phase of the product development. This makes my job easier as it helps me have a better understanding of the product and the customer’s requirements.

ST: What are your hobbies?
RC: My hobbies include evolving and working on newer business ideas and evangelizing newer theories or concepts. Other than these I am a lot into reading, debating, and movie watching.
