TVS Launches Keyboard with Indian Rupee Symbol

TVS Electronics has introduced a new keyboard, the TVS Gold Bharat Keyboard, with the new Indian Rupee symbol on it. The keyboard is 490x180x20 mm in size, and supports up to 50 million strokes per switch. It is compatible with Windows and Linux. TVS claims that the keyboard is highly reliable as it has a 200,000 hours mean time between failures. It has a very light touch operating force of 60 + 15 cN. The key tops of the keyboard are etched by laser and it supports USB and PS2 for connectivity. The TVS Gold Bharat Keyboard is priced at Rs. 1,495.
