Prioritize, develop, share and deliver is Manu Sasidharan’s new mantra as he takes on the reigns of India Operations of STS as their new Manager. With the belief that Managed Services business will be key driver for growth and cost effectiveness for all Multi National Corporations, Sasidharan is all set to take the Data Networking Solutions company to the next level.
An MBA in Marketing and Finance, Sasidharan has prior exposure in the financial field that includes Assistant Manager Operations at HSBC. His tenure there taught him many valuable lessons in terms of understanding metrics, service related aspects, effective delegation, people development et al.
Terming Managed Services as a dynamic field, timely and accurate delivery of services figures as top priority on this new appointee’s list. The new manager sees attrition as the biggest challenge faced by the IT and IT enabled services industry and is determined to make a difference when it comes to people management culminating in his vision for the company: “An environment conducive to learning, innovation and teamwork can help in retaining talent.”
