An MBA in Marketing and Finance, Sasidharan has prior exposure in the financial field that includes Assistant Manager Operations at HSBC. His tenure there taught him many valuable lessons in terms of understanding metrics, service related aspects, effective delegation, people development et al.

Terming Managed Services as a dynamic field, timely and accurate delivery of services figures as top priority on this new appointee’s list.
