Jibe Mobile has successfully raised $8.3 Million in its venture round. This round of funding was led by Vodafone Ventures, a Tokyo based game creator MTI, and other investors.

This cloud based global communications provider intends to use this new investment to build a network that enables developers and telecommunications companies to integrate technologies like voice, video, chat, and others to connect users across the world.
"The investments from Vodafone and MTI will help us continue to innovate and extend our platform. We look forward to the next stage and ongoing strong partnerships with our expanding carrier and developer networks," says Amir Sarhangi, CEO, Jibe Mobile.

Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Mountain View, CA Jibe is an open technology platform for the new age of telephony. Its new system would allow users in any corner of the world to communicate together across different devices and platforms while on the same app. This concept is capable of breaking down the issue of multiple platforms and standards.
