In today's tech savvy world of cloud computing, social networking and smart phones, the education sector in India is not quite there yet in terms of leveraging the true potential of available technology. The entire student community along with faculty, parents, alumni and administration are still unconnected at so many levels. Such gaps have generated a dire need for an integrated ERP system that can not only bring all stakeholders on one platform but also connect them to better understand and manage each other's role in the ecosystem.

Adhering to this need of the education sector is a tech start-up called Edcited.com, founded by two enthusiasts Rahul Chaudhary and Arpit Mittal. Edcited.com unequivocally surpasses the expectations of all stakeholders by offering an easy to use pool of cloud-based applications that manage all academic and administrative needs of an institute. The ERP not only automates all day-to-day processes or helps in setting up an efficient communication network but also generates an effective reporting system for the management to take better decisions.

"The unique strength of edcited.com ERP lies in its ability to deliver scalable and flexible solutions as per the needs of our clients. The company is also looking to expand rapidly in the area of hardware-integrated solutions with the help of RFID, GPS, GPRS technology as concerns over student security and organizational transparency are the major driving forces behind the market," says the Edcited.com Co-Founder & CEO Rahul Chaudhary.

The beginning of Edcited.com

Edcited.com started in mid 2012 with a handful of applications, helping colleges manage their academic data on cloud and providing few HR solutions. With time, the company has developed a wide range of solutions covering over 50 applications with hardware integration and solutions available over mobility. They have a rapidly expanding user base of students and faculty and since inception they have now a total user base of over 100,000 users.
