These entries were strictly scrutinized by the jury comprising of four members, Sangamesh Upase, Deputy Control of Finance from Karnataka Government; H.C. Shivakumar, Advocate from SMS Associates; Dr. S. Muralidhara, Associate Professor, Department of Civil Engineering at BMS College of Engineering; and Pradeep Shankar, Editor-in-Chief at SiliconIndia.
