Around 80 nominations were received from across the city for 11 categories instituted under the award. Each nominee nominated one project per category. These entries were strictly scrutinized by the jury comprising of four members, Sangamesh Upase, Deputy Control of Finance from Karnataka Government; H.C. Shivakumar, Advocate from SMS Associates; Dr. S. Muralidhara, Associate Professor, Department of Civil Engineering at BMS College of Engineering; and Pradeep Shankar, Editor-in-Chief at SiliconIndia. Below mentioned the winners for the relevant category: Beau Monde: Ultra Luxury Project of the Year Crafted especially for a distinct league of people in the society who seek world-class standard living and modern facilities under one roof, Beau Monde won the 'Ultra Luxury Project of the Year' award.
