Apple Loses To Android's Power At CES

On a comparative note, Samsung’s Galaxy S4 and the much hyped Note series have large screens and keypads which make typing a pleasure. Apple must learn that big screen Android devices now rule the business world and if it needs to continue in the big league, it should make the screens bigger and ensure that it is able to communicate with other Android powered devices.

As most apps are built for Android, Google Calendar and Gmail work flawlessly on smartphones and phablets. Whereas on the iPhone, you need to sign in and enter the code sent in a text message each time you use Gmail or the calendar app as the Apple iOS does not support cookies. Google apps depend largely on cookies, and so it is difficult to work with the apps on an iPhone as you need to sign in every time.

It is also a known fact that the camera of an iPhone is superior when compared to any other phone. However, the Samsung Galaxy Note phablet proved it wrong asit won over the iPhone’s flagship camera. The shots taken with the Galaxy Note was far superior to those taken by the iPhone despite low light conditions indoors at the CES.

The iPhone has yet another problem: sending texts to Android devices. It looks like Apple was unsuccessful in eliminating the bug in its texting software that makes it difficult in sendingto and receiving texts from Android devices.
