Lava Xolo X1000 was launched last month in India, claiming to be the fastest Android Smartphone with Hyper Threading technology. This is the company’s third Smartphone to run the Intel chipset. The Smartphone is powered by a 2GHz Intel CloverTrail+ mobile processor coupled with a 1GB RAM and a PowerVR SGX 540 graphics chip. It also runs smoothly with Android 4.0 ICS. Though the Smartphone’s internal storage is only 8GB, a microSD card can support its capacity expanding up to 32GB.
The 4.7 inch touch screen display (which is not a SuperAMOLED one) allows users to enjoy full HD videos that support a native resolution of 1280 x 720. For camera enthusiasts, the 8 megapixel rear camera comes with single LED flash also enabling recording of HD videos. The 1.3 megapixel front camera allows users to video chat.
Blutooth, Wi-Fi and 3G networks are connectivity features offered by the phone.
Lava has packed its Smartphone with a 1900 mAh battery promising 9.5 hours talktime. The device is currently priced at 18,999.
