World's Top 10 Mobile Phone Manufacturers


#6 Huawei

Here is another Chinese player in the list. And this time it is Huawei making to the sixth position trapping 2.9 percent of the global mobile phone sales.  The sale of the gadget manufacturer counted for 53.29 million units in 2013 and was in the same position even the year before.

#5 ZTE

ZTE slipped down to the fifth position in 2013 from the fourth slot that it occupied in 2012. The Chinese manufacturer holds 3.3 percent share of the global mobile phone sales marking a decline of 0.6 percent. ZTE was able to sell 59.89 million mobile phone units the previous year.

#4 LG

LG was able to occupy the fourth position in 2013 climbing up the ladder by one step against the fifth position it was in 2012. Having a user base of 3.8 percent, the South Korean gadget manufacturer recorded a growth of 0.5 percent in the previous year. LG sold off 69.02 million of its phones against the 53 million pieces it clocked in 2012.
