Speaking of shares of Facebook, one can never forget Sean Parker, co-founder of Napster. Parker, a former Facebook employee, owns 4 percent shares of the firm. If the IPO deal goes all well, Parker will gain $3.4 billion. Parker had to step down from his position at Facebook for the possession of drugs. Still, he was quite actively involved with the activities of Facebook. This can be one reason why his shares were also not taken away from him.

Friends, enemies or just shareholders, most people associated with Facebook are definitely going to get a big chunk of the IPO pie. Narendra, the Winklevosses and Parker are all going to benefit handsomely from the IPO.
