The twins, Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, had to go through their share of ordeals with Facebook, back when it was restricted only to Harvard. They pleas about their idea being copied by Zuckerberg fell on deaf ears for dealing with such things was out of the jurisdiction of the authority.People could not believe what the twins were saying because most perceived them to be spoiled brats. The advantage Zuckerberg had here was the fact that he seemed like the nice boy-next-door, who anybody would believe. So, when it came down to the twins and Zuckerberg, the latter seemed to be the believable one. Still, Zuckerberg had to settle for about $65 million being offered to his estranged colleagues and contemporaries.

Though we all are familiar with the lawsuit of how Zuckerberg was sued by Narendra, the Winklevosses and even his friend, Eduardo Saverin, the truth will always be hidden in their minds and the legal people as well.

Keeping all lawsuit details away, there still remain some pressing questions. Though most people would not be interested with how Zuckerberg came up with the idea of Facebook, we users sure do need some clarification. It is not quite clear as to why Zuckerberg let Narendra and the Winklevosses keep their shares of Facebook, despite the bitter past. It would have been more than normal to have severed all ties with such people. Still, this did not happen. It might also have been true that letting them keep their shares of the company was a part of the deal to keep them from further actions against Facebook.
