The ACSI's scale is a comprehensive evaluation of customer satisfaction, founded at the University of Michigan's business school. According to the company, it performs about 70,000 interviews with customers each year to determine how they feel on a host of variables, including "perceived quality," "customer expectations," and "perceived value." The company also looks at customer loyalty and complaints. It is nothing new about apple topping the list of customer satisfaction. Company also topped the list in a J.D power study on consumer satisfaction with Smartphone makers. It has also got credits for giving the best service on online retailing with a score of 82 out of 100.
