It's now 8 years and Apple has gained a strong goodwill among their patrons and has topped the list of customer satisfaction. The American satisfaction index, analyzed the consumer sentiments to bring out the results. Amongst many products the Apple Macs have gained a score of 87 on the index's 100 point scale measuring customer satisfaction concerning the computers. This number is one percent more when compared to last year's tally. In these 8 eight years apple has led the PC industry in consumer contentment and the stock price has amplified by 2,300 percent. Apple's endearing combination of novelty and product diversification including the spinning off technologies into new paths has kept the company always on the top. The company conducts interviews with 70,000 customers every year to bring a conclusion about the feel of their product.
