This was one among the most successful series on Indian Television which broke all the records of that time. Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi bagged the title for the longest running soap opera that was aired on Star Plus. Ekta Kapoor of Balaji Telefilms were the producer of this serial. The story of this series revolved around the life of the fictitious Virani family. Credit for the most watched and awarded show of Asia also goes to this TV series.

Satyamev Jayate

The Talk Show, Satyamev Jayate was aired on different Star Networking channels including Doordarshan. This show was hosted by the bollywood actor Aamir Khan. Satyamev Jayate highlighted the social issues that prevailed in India including dowry, child abuse, domestic violence, untouchability, physically disabled, pesticide poisoning, water crisis and alcoholism. Even if the show was telecasted in Hindiall episodes were dubbed and telecasted into other Indian languages as well. This program received appreciation from film fraternities, television personalities, politicians and social activists for its format, research, production and content.
