3. Zach Sims and Ryan Bubinski: Codecademy

Zack and Ryan started Codecademy with the help of startup accelerator, Y Combinator, a crash course in JavaScript for the people who are poor in coding. The thing went popular with more than 1 million people already using the product, including New York’s mayor Michael Bloomberg pledging to learn coding this year with Codecademy. 

These Columbia University classmates already raised $2.5 million seed funding and will also be working with White House on an initiative to get more children and tech novice to learn coding.

 

4. Paul Berry: Rebel Mouse

Paul Berry recently resigned his CTO post in Huffington Post to start a company of his own, Rebel Mouse. He is working with the co founders of Huffington post Jonah Peretti and Ken Lerer and doesn’t reveal much about his Rebel Mouse except the fact that it will be a social platform. Considering his earlier records, he is expected to come out with something big and beautiful.
