Nitin Nohria: Nitin Nohria, the tenth dean of Harvard Business School has previously served as co-chair of the Leadership Initiative, Senior Associate Dean of Faculty Development, and Head of the Organizational Behavior unit. Nohria received his Ph.D. in Management from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, before joining as the Harvard Business School faculty in July 1988. Apart from being an academician Nohria is co-author of 16 books. One of his most recent contributions are, Handbook of Leadership Theory and Practice- a book dedicated to advance research on leadership, which is based on a discussion group he organized during HBS's centenary celebrations.He has also served as an advisor and consultant to several large and small companies in different parts of the world.
