Any form of art or sport has a sweet bit of entrepreneurship involved in it. Like an entrepreneur, an athlete or a sportsman must be reacting to situations quickly thereby having a good presence of mind always. It also involves the task of adapting quickly to changes as new technologies and public requirement may demand so, hence it is necessary for an entrepreneur to be vigilant.

“He is 99.5 pct perfect.. I will pay to watch him play. I think he is marvelous. I think he will fit in whatever category of cricket that has been played, from the first ball that had ever been bowled to the last ball that's going to be. He can play in any ear at any level,” says Viv Richards.

There is no substitute to practice

It is for sure, a fact that only practice made this man perfect. Sachin Tendulkar despite being called the God of cricket, practices most of the days. Though he gained the confidence of the cricket fraternity and audience, it did not stop him from continuing his practice to be perfect. He is been respected by all the teams from all over the world and Mathew Hayden once said, “I have seen GOD; he bats at No.4 for India in tests.”

Though an entrepreneur earns the confidence and respect of his consumers and people, he must not get carried away and rather must be humble to realize that he is an entrepreneur only because of the people.
