Malcolm’s view on Bill Gates and his charity

Mistakenly Bill Gates is still known to be the richest man in the world. He is definitely one among the wealthiest men on planet but he is now totally committed towards charity and social service. He has been victorious with his business ventures but in the meanwhile he has also been criticized for his business tactics. Of recently Gates has pursued a number of philanthropic endeavors by donating lump some money towards charity and focusing on India with his Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Malcolm added "I firmly believe that 50 years from now, he (Gates) will be remembered for his charitable work, no one will even remember what Microsoft is.”

Malcolm strongly believes that people who take a sudden diversion from their business to do charity is often a tactic, to attract crowd and to mark a name in the world after achieving a lot in terms of money.  He is quite sure that nobody would even bother to remember the brand name if it collapsed but says such entrepreneurs are completely single minded. He was found saying that "They are completely single-minded and obsessively focused on the health of their enterprise, That’s what makes them good at building businesses, but that's what also makes them people who are not worthy of this level of hagiography."
