Devi Durga has no role in the context while the Gods and Demons were quarrelling over power and immortality. The demons grew to a great majority and power to over throw the Gods from heaven, at this point Durga was brought into life by the Trimurthis. Though she was formed instantly she was spontaneous and knew how to deal with the rest.

While in a startup, it demands team effort and it is the duty of the team leader or the pilot to guide the team towards right direction. There might be problems that need quick responses and the team leader or the CEO of the startup must have attributes like Durga to carry forward the operations of the startup. He must know what is good and bad for the company and must not be too dependent on anybody especially the top management. He must have the quality of a running a show without any hindrance.

The story of this magnificent female goddess does not end with the killing of Mahisha, she again appears in the Ramayan. When Lord Rama was trying to recover his wife, Sita from the clutches of the demon king Ravana, he prays and promises to offer 100 blue lotuses to the deity of the Devi but unfortunately he was just able to collect 99 of them. With this he decided to offer his eyes to keep up the promise but was stopped by the goddess who suddenly appeared before and gave him a grant in turn.
