Dmirty MalovRefusing to sell his dairy firm ended in legal action and jail for the owner of the firm Agromol, Dmirty Malov. He started out by buying a mill-packaging facility after which he bought two old Soviet dairy farms. All was going fine, when suddenly some people who were officers from the FSB tried to persuade him to sell his business at a knock-down price to an unknown buyer.

Malov refused to sell his company and soon he was charged with fraud and accused of not using the bank loan for the purpose it was given. He was found guilty and sentenced to five years in prison.
