By observing and monitoring the way in which the Operating Systems behave, we can know the loopholes of OS; especially the latency or the delay in executing many commands such as shut down and startup. There are plenty of instances where people have spent more than 70% of their time in front of computers installing Windows Xp, Vista and other Microsoft products. It's a real problem for a tech savvy to undergo such an ordeal. Windows 7 is more stable than Microsoft's older versions, although, many Corporations have stopped using it. Lion is far more stable, because of its rich libraries. The latencies and unresponsive program instances are quite unheard of.
