The Hatchery is a program by the Washington University which is a capstone for entrepreneurship course. It is offered by the Olin Business School and is available to every student in the university. It is recorded that each year roughly 65 percent of the class fulfills the common American dream of starting a company. Ken Harrington, the course’s director tells that there are interns in their college to join this program and to make necessary use of it.

It works in an organized manner; Entrepreneurs throw ideas on a site and is given to students for review. These students in turn sign up to become team members; they are expected to devote 150 hours to the class on coding, marketing, design and business development. The fee for an outside entrepreneur in a commercial venture to participate is $3,500.
