Suruchi Wagh is the cofounder and the COO of the talent assessment and talent analytics platform that helps companies make flawless, data driven decisions while hiring. Based in Pune, Wagh founded Jombay in 2010 to helps the companies with consumer research, feasibility analysis and product development.  Jombay's assessments have been scientifically validated after profiling more than 1 million professionals and they measure people on a bank of behavioral traits such as stress tolerance, emotional control, risk taking, leadership styles, people understanding, process and target orientation, motivators among others.

Previously Wagh has worked for the content, product marketing and data analytics at Your Next Big Step career suggestor and job suggestor which helped people make career and job choices online.

She thinks one of the major challenges women have to face are that they are not taken seriously on par with male counterparts and says only when the women start valuing themselves the world will value them.
