7 Much Awaited SUVs That Will Hit The Indian Roads in 2014

Skoda Yeti Facelift: Skoda is busy rolling out their sharp new styling to all of their cars and Yeti is one among them which makes it to the list. Skoda recently showcased the refreshed Yeti at the 2014 Auto Expo, announcing that the launch will take place in the second half of this year.  As the Yeti was not well accepted by the Indian consumers and couldn’t meet the competition, Skoda feels that the refreshed version will deliver a better result. The face lifted Yeti has already been announced globally and the car is tweaked with the familiar silhouette look but sharper and cleaner. The big round driving lamps don’t make it to this version and the Yeti look more normal and appealing and the car is set to come with chrome on the grille which looks rather smart on the Yeti. Skoda is set to offer a chromed urban design for the Yeti as well as a more rugged looking design from the outdoor to the Indian market and the engine under the hood will not change – that is the 2-litre TDI. We expect the Yeti price tag to match the Indian buyers and hopefully a DSG option when it arrives in the middle of 2014.
