Maruti SX4 S-Cross: The SX4 had a fair market share in the Indian auto market but it didn’t go down as the most proffered sedan in its segment. Although the car went though few tweaks and overhauls it really couldn’t manage to capture a huge market share, and to make this better ,Maruti Suzuki has now planned to get the SX4 in a crossover concept which is at great demand in the Indian car market. Suzuki S-Cross SX4 crossover was first spotted at the Geneva Motor Show in March. And it is supposed to be the first developed and produced car in collaboration with Fiat. The compact crossover is set to get a three piece black grille with the Suzuki logo prominently standing in the middle. The headlights are the same as before but now get daytime LEDs running on it. The S-Cross SX4 is being offered with one diesel and one petrol engine that spots a turbocharged 1.6-litre unit, which can produces 120bhp and 320Nm of torque with a six-speed manual transmission. It is likely to be priced in the range of 8 lakh to 14 lakh and devised to compete with the likes of XUV500, Mahindra Scorpio, Renault Duster and the Ford EcoSport.
