3. Sakina Arsiwala and Naveen Koorakula

Naveen Koorakula has a Btech in Computer science from IIT Madras and a Masters in computer science from University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill U.S.A. A technologist and an entrepreneur at heart, he also specializes in consumer web technologies, especially Social and Web Search. Sakina Arsiwala did her masters in computer science with a focus on IR (Information retrieval) and her career started off with an internship at Altavista and then Yahoo. She is passionate towards women entrepreneurship, loves traveling for Adventure. Sakina has previously worked as YouTube’s head of international and even has experience working in Google search, while Koorakula was formerly with Yahoo!, Inktomi and Powerset and was the founder of search technology company Picch. Google and YouTube veteran Sakina and husband Naveen have bagged a deal to sell their new Social venture Campfire Labs to GroupOn after several offers made by the company. Campfire team has already started making valuable contributions to GroupOn’s social media capabilities.
