Compared to the previous record, US Airways has gained an improvement of four percent. Despite of this improvement, its high costs and down-and-out customer service is forcing the customers to fly away from it.

11 Twitter

Rating: 64/100.

This is the first time; any social networking site has made it to this list.  And the social network giant, Twitter is the first social networking site to tweet in this list.

Twitter allows people to connect with each other but it’s certain limitations have forced its users to tweet against it.

With a rating of only 64 percent happy customers, Twitter becomes the eleventh contender in this list and also defeated any other social networking sites.
