After sliding down by four points, CenturyLink has only 66 percent of happy customers in its list. It is ranked as the lowest grade fixed line telephone service provider.

With the introduction of the mobile services, people are carrying themselves away from the fixed line telephony service. In addition to this, when the customer service is not satisfactory, people are bound to abandon the fixed line services.

Also, most of the fixed line telephone companies are not trying to bring in changes in the age old way. This in return has become one of the biggest reasons for losing customers.  

13 Delta Airlines

Rating: 65/100

Delta Airlines’ poorest customer service makes it the most unsatisfactory airlines. Even after reducing nine points than before, it still has 65 percent of happy customers in its fleet.

Delta airlines is said to be more concerned about extra charges from the customers.

After merging with Northwestern, the number of flights has increased and so as the timing of the flights. This might be the reason; it has an increased number of happy customers.
