Susie Wee is the Vice President and Chief Technology and Experience officer of Collaboration and Communication at Cisco Systems, the networking giant.

According to Wee, she enjoys the role of CTEO which reflects well her fervor to combine the user experience and technology and thus she manages a team of 90 user experience designers, researchers and technologists who work on collaboration products. C

Before coming to Cisco, she had 15 years of experience at Hewlett Packard where she had to supervise cloud strategies for personal computing products. She is also the founder of HP’s Experience Software Business.

Wee is not only a techie herself but a person with exceptional leadership and her commitment and enthusiasm towards her wok buys more bright talents in tech. The highlight is that she identifies the ‘fun’ in technology and effectively communicates, meanwhile explaining how we should approach the practical applications of technology with a new thought. She is also committed towards the development of her fellow women.
