Degrees That Matter:

I am working as an system Admin supporting for our one of the biggest client in telecom sector AT&T. We will be using a tool called "weblogic" it's a kind of middleware, that will be useful to work on all enterprise applications... So planning to give certification on weblogic11g.

Career Profile:

Well, My current profile is System Administrator, who will be taking care of all enterprise applications that belongs to one of our biggest client in telecom sector AT&T.As an admin i will be deploying all enterprise applications into the weblogic and be doing basic trouble shooting

Involvement in the Industry

I am working for TechMahindra One of the top most companies in telecom sector having big clients AT&T and British Telecom and now Vodafone Australia, Well I am supporting for AT&T client as a System Administrator,Deploying all enterprise applications into middle ware and doing some trouble shooting

Plans For The Future:

Can't predict but i would be anticipating what i want to be in a couple of years... In everyone's life Up's and Down's are common, i hope everything will goes good in my life. One should have strong determination on what they desire.

Other Thoughts:

Believe the people those who believe you or not in this software professional field, Learn the new things, Always be on positive side, and make others feel happy, Do your best on whatever role you are. Always Help ever hurt never.

The Journey So Far:

Well,I started my journey with the Techmahindra since April 2011... It's a kind of beginning to my life as a fresher, Within the shorter period i have learned lot of things and got very good profile which was my desired profile.As i am justifying my role and got "Best project person" award

Advice For New Professionals:

As i said earlier, Do not be in negative attitude, one should able to compromise on all negative things, Things will take their own time to sort out which are better than today, Expose your talent and build up your talent as well, and get the better credit and appreciation from client

The Decisions That Matter

Software is not the only way to build your career,There might be some other ways which would be better than software to survive in your career.According to me Taking the right decisions is not correct, take your own decision and make them right, Right now i am doing the same.

Growth Strategy:

Always be Genuine, and do good to others, That is the only mantra i know, you will definitely get at least one good thing, Always guide your juniors, sub-ordinates and be friendly. Very few you will find in every field to grow and to be as a leader.

Family Background

I am one in 4 in our family, we are from middle class background, Where my father is a businessman, and my mother is a house wife, I am having one sibling elder brother who is working as an Assistant Manager for Times group India. We all are traveling with happiness and sorrowfulness.

Required Reading:

Well silicon India will be the first thing, apart from this i suggest all useful sites that are related to their background or field, I would suggest to prefer books that contains about "How to grow" in life. And publications like Computer society of India about all latest technologies.

Working Life Management:

Well, I am doing flexible shifts, it will be very difficult to handle, But till now nothing went wrong, doing good without any issues, making myself happy and compromise...
