Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

Been married for the last 12 years, wife was working in the IT field,but since last 3 years has been a housewife. We have a 11 year old Son, who studies in the 6th Stnadard.

Currently working at

I am a Service delivery Manager with Wipro Limited, I manage the IT infrastructure services for close to 200 clients in Bangalore, predominantly from the IT/ITES sector with a few in the BFSI/Manufacturing as well.

Essential Advice

For anyone who starts any Career, focus, dedication and patience is the key.

The Journey So Far

Started my career as a help desk engineer, then a desktop support engineer and along the way, completed certification like MCSE, CCNA, IBM Server certifications, Netapp ASE, TSM certification, Sun certifications ( SA1/SA2/PE2/SCFE) and certification on EMC products and Linux.

A Fine Balance:

Whatever tasks are my responsibilites, I ensure they get done on priority and only then do I take a break. So its work all the way for me, once the work is addressed, I take time off on relaxation.

Most Important Lessons

Honesty doesnt always yield the best result.It pays to be diplomatic than straight forward. Need not play all the balls you face, some can be left without a shot being attempted.
