Plans For The Future:

I do believe in our work and targets. So i would like to see myself with my team working smartly harder for next Goal without thinking about current position in market in a couple of years from now. Amidst our goal of establishing company in IT park would have achieved in 2 years from now.

Career Profile:

I believe in smart work! Responsibility doesn't mean always hard & tensed Role you have to play..Rather i like to enjoy my Responsibilities here with my team. Main work is to deal with new clients to grow our business and of course its differ from my previous profile as Marketing Executive !!!

Working Life Management:

I do work for 8 hours daily. Its a basic need. But when its like urgency, i usually work for 10-12 hours with my team. We have to. No option. However we maintain the Work Life Balance by taking holidays at the right time or working relax after some workaholic session.

Other Thoughts:

Yes I would like to share my details about current situation. I have now developed myself as Good business development manager with sufficient knowledge and can handle any client for any requirement. Its my pleasure to satisfy the client with their requirements.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

I have my own type of seriousness at work. But when we work together, we usually manage professional but healthy environment which doesn't make any other employee disturbed. We concentrate more at Target rather than spending time in managing environment. Professional Environment is secondary.

I have just just paused my Engineering Degree in the Last academic year and totally made myself seriously concentrated to grow our business.
