A person should have not only monitoring quality but also have knowledge about particular work he is doing. he should have dedicated mind. taking resposibilty of entire work. checking pin to pin work whats happening inside office and finding solution for any complicated things. handling the situation ,employess, staffs and even labourers very gently and softly .

As per education system is very good in india. only thing is donation devil. all childrens should get equal type education . these days education centre has become business place. it has been looking only in profit motive . Strictly computer education knowledge should be given in government as well as in private . More Moral classes should be taken in class. should reduce books quantity.
