Kae Capital Invests In Airwoot


Bangalore: Prolific investors from Kae Capital, Rajan Anandan, Sasha Mirchandani, Sunil Kalra and Samir Sood have induced an undisclosed amount into Airwoot, a startup that tracks brand mentioning on the web which in turn helps brands track customers and provide support services, reports ET.

Airwoot was a part of the 8th batch of The Morpheus and the company plans to use the procured funds to technological improvisation and also to hire the right talents. It is a social media customer support tool under the SaaS provider Memetic Labs Technologies.

Founded and incorporated by Prabhat Saraswat in 2012, the company is located in New Delhi and has recently added another co-founder, Achal Aggarwal to its team. The company has explored a niche segment as the growth of social media in India has tremendously increased.

Airwoot helps startups and other companies by tracing their brand name anywhere on the web especially on sites like Facebook and Twitter. This also helps the brands to understand and locate the praise or bash of their product anywhere on the web thereby also providing the benefits of social media customer service.
