Paranjape Constructions as it is known today was established by third generation of the Paranjape’s in the 1980’s. Paranjape Pune, was emerging as the major Industrial hub and this caught the eyes of Shashank Paranjape, quickly realized the vast potential for quality housing in the near future of Pune.

He cited a vacant plot of 10,000 square feet in Pune, whose owner was willing to give the land to Shashank for 1 Lakh on an agreement to give him two flats on the completion of the project Paranjape Schemes Pvt. Ltd.This step into real estate, was strategically dealt by Shashank.

His simple approach was to reinvest every bit of the profit back into the business to expand operations. In 2013, his company enjoyed the net profit of 225 crores and a turnover of 1500 crores. Paranjape Schemes is now a leading Real estate company with a set target of 2000 crores for the coming financial year.
