Yo:

This app was a hot seller when it released in the summer of this year. It is a very simple app that gives notifications. It was so popular that everybody wrote about it and also topped the chart for the best apps. This glorious rising of the app was cut short and is now considered as a novelty app. The app is not shut down yet, instead is relocated in San Francisco. We will only have to wait and watch what happens to the app.

Rovio:

It is a possibility that this game, Angry Birds, has been played by just about everyone who can get their hands on a Smartphone. Well the company that created this game is Rovio and this company isn’t doing very well. The game was such a hit that people were going crazy over it. Well the company is experiencing losses and the CEO Mikael Hed is expected to be stepping down.

Jelly:

This app is a mobile crowd-sourced Q&A app which was created by Twitters co-founder Biz Stone. The app however did not get much traction and he had to shut it down. As we all know Biz Stone is not a quitter and always comes out with a new product and that’s exactly what he’s on to. A new product is expected to be launched by him next year.

Monkey Parking:

This is a rather interesting app where people can buy space to park their cars. This is an app that would like the roof with sales in India. Well looking at the app, it was quite a hit until the government deemed it illegal in the state it was founded which is San Francisco. The app isn’t dead as the founders are looking to open it in another state.
