10 Expected Bills to Be Passed in Winter Session 2015

 Goods and Services Tax Bill:

The much anticipated bill that will bring goods and service taxes under one platform that is expected to reduce the price of goods in the country. However, both center and state governments enjoy their liberty to frame tax under the bill and the union government is levied to tax up to one percent, subject to the respective bill.

Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Bill:

Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Bill, 2014, is proposed by the union government to deem the convicts of 16-18 years as adults in the cases of atrocious crimes. Though the proposal is expected to receive extreme backslashes from the child rights and the human right activists, the union government seems strenuous in passing the bill.
