#6.Paterson Hill, Singapore

Singapore’s most-prestigious residential address is the luxurious cul-de-sac Paterson Hill, widely considered as the city-state’s  “Billionaires’ Row.” Paterson Hill is located in the esteemed District 09, close to the Orchard Road Shopping Belt which is known for its designer stores and Michelin-starred restaurants.

The most-expensive condominium on this road is The Marq which features a highlight condo with interiors designed by Hermes and a private lap pool cantilevered outside each apartment. The place is also home to Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin and former Miss Singapore, Rachel Kum.  A square meter piece of the Paterson Hill may cost you $42,500.  

#7.Boulevard du Général de Gaulle, Cap Ferrat, France

Boulevard du General de Gaulle is the world’s most expensive non-urban housing location, nestled along the Mediterranean Cote d'Azur, Cap Ferrat. This street, in particular, is home to a number of sprawling beachfront villas and  gated gardens. Some of the prominent residents are Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Paul Allen, and also late comedian, Charlie Chaplin. An average square meter goes for whooping $79,000.

#8.Avenue Princess Grace, Monaco  

The place is flocked by the rich, during the F1 Grand Prix,  annual boat show, and many people live here all year round. The Avenue Princess Grace runs along the waterfront and is the most exclusive street in Monaco. Famous neighbors include the Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli , Lewis Hamilton, and Danish model Helena Christensen. An average square meter goes for whooping $86,000.
