 Ostozhenka is located in downtown Moscow and is one of the oldest streets in Russia. It is the most expensive street and it is home to The Kremlin, the Pushkin Museum, and the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, as well as the Russian oligarch Alisher Usmanov. An average square meter goes for whooping $29,000.

#4.Romazzino Hill, Sardinia

Romazzino's Hill is one of the most exclusive areas in Sardinia's Costa Smerelda. The residential area set on the island is home to the most influential people,including the royal family of Qatar and other Russian billionaires. Some of the locations include luxurious hotels like the Cala di Volpe and the Romazzino, the place   known for the white sandy beaches and exclusive yacht clubs. This coastal paradise currently has an average price of $32,900 per square meter.

#5.Chemin de Ruth, Geneva

Chemin de Ruth is located in the heart of Switzerland’s Cologny, close to the shores of Lake Geneva. The prestigious Chemin de Ruth is Switzerland’s most-expensive street. Many of the mansions on this stone street have enormous swimming pools, landscaped gardens, and stunning views of the nearby Lake Geneva and United Nations buildings. The place is also home to the Peugeot family, former French tennis player Henri Leconte, and former French alpine skier Jean-Claude Killy. An average square meter goes for whooping $37,000.
