Marriott

This is the only company from the hospitality sector on the list. The percentage of employees who are women is 54. It is a multinational 5 star hotel chain and the percentage of female senior managers is 40.

IBM
The percentage of employees who are women is 30 and the percentage of female senior managers is 29. IBM is the only company on the list with a female CEO and has an impressive share of female senior managers, 29 percent and female executives at 26 percent. These are solid numbers as women make up a relatively small 30 percent of the 431,000 employees worldwide.
Virginia Rometty took over the top job in 2011 and the company even targets female executives who have left the firm with a program called the Reconnections initiative, which provides continuing networking and education.
The National Association for female executives has listed IBM as one of its top 10 companies for women and in its “hall of fame” because the computer firm has cooperated with the survey for seventeen years and has been on the list for fifteen.

Procter & Gamble
The Cincinnati based Proctor and Gamble is another pharmaceutical company with many women in its top ranks.  The Percentage of employees who are women is  39 and the percentage of female senior managers is 35 percent.
