The multinational consulting firm has a solid numbers on equality with 46 percent of its total workforce as women and female senior managers are 36 percent of the total.

General Mills
General Mills, Inc. is a multinational manufacturer and marketer of branded consumer foods sold through retail stores, based in Minneapolis, USA.  The total number of women employed is at 40 percent as is the number of senior female managers.
