General Motors: General Motors, the manufacturers of one of the most loved brands around the world, The Chevrolet, spent over $2.10 billion on ads last year.

Unlike other major spenders for advertisements, GM spent more money into magazines and internet spending nearly $200 million in both the mediums.

The Chevrolet Brand of GM is now partnering with Manchester United, one of the biggest Football clubs in the world, as the clubs brand car. This partnership in itself is a huge advertisement advantage for the company.

AT&T: The American multinational telecommunications company is the largest provider of mobile and fixed telephone services in America. As of this year, it ranks as the 20th largest mobile telecom operator in the world.

The companies spending for ads have reduced from $3 billion but it is still marked in the list of companies that spend the most for Ads in America. The biggest medium is the Internet, with over $ 200 million spent for ads.

Comcast: The largest broadcasting and cable company in the world according to revenue is one of the highest spenders for advertisements of over $3 billion. The company is also one of the most hated in America due the unsatisfactory service it provides.

But needless to say it is still the largest broadcasting company in the world. This company has spent over $900 million on TV ads alone.
