The lesser you are aware of what's available for you to buy, the less likely you are to develop a sudden "need" for that item. So unsubscribe from product catalogs, promotional emails and magazines, which are usually full of ads.

Temptation, she is the mother to our wants. Every emotional spender usually experiences the temptation to buy an item. By letting the temptation to grow, it always results in regretful shopping.
