He is the Co-Founder of Forecee Consulting and was part of the founding Management Team of eNoah iSolution, He previously held the role of SVP–HR, HR Business Services, LPO, Incubation Services and Turnkey Projects. A former Senior Manager-Global Corporate HR of Ma Foi Management Consultants, he has also held key positions in Hyundai Motor, Penta Media Graphics, Clariant and AMP Sanmar Life Insurance.
He has Ph.D. in the field of HR in specific focus to Outsourcing & Organizational Behaviour, a Master's in Social Work & a Degree in LabourManagement & Labour Laws.
